The CD had the above track listing, whilst the LP had 'Don't Try So Hard' after 'Delilah'. The LP also featured shorter versions of many tracks, for space reasons. However, 'Greatest Hits' is longer than the album, and was released on LP in unedited form, so why the edits were needed is not clear. Only 'Innuendo', 'Ride The Wild Wind', 'Delilah' and 'The Show Must Go On' are the same for the CD and LP releases. All other tracks are shortened through edits, earlier fades, or a combination of the two.

This track was originally intended for Brian's 'Back To The Light' album. The echoes at the end of the track are the title 'Headlong' reversed.
The full length album version appears on both the 'Classic Queen' and 'Queen Rocks' compilations, while 'Greatest Hits II' includes a slightly edited version.

The 'Rocks Retake' is a much heavier version, which features Roger's original live drums, and new guitar from Brian. It was released on the 1997 compilation 'Queen Rocks'.
