This page features a brief overview of Queen and Paul Rodgers performances from 2004 to 2008. The tracks given for each tour reflect the standard setlist, but the actual songs performed varied from night to night.

All of the shows on this page featured Roger Taylor, Brian May, Paul Rodgers, Jamie Moses (additional guitar), and Spike Edney (keyboards), with all but three shows featuring Danny Miranda on bass (the first show featured Pino Palladino, and a couple of UK shows in 2008 featured Neil Murray).

In the setlists below, any initials in brackets refer to the lead vocalist for the track, namely Paul Rodgers (PR), Brian May (BM), Roger Taylor (RT) or Freddie Mercury (FM). Freddie's vocals were played via videoscreen and come from either live performances of 'Bohemian Rhapsody' in 1981 and 1986, or from the album version of 'Bijou'.

2004 UK Music Hall Of Fame
We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions, All Right Now

This was the first show by Queen + Paul Rodgers, and was at the finale of this TV series to find entrants to the UK's first ever music hall of fame. They performed with Spike Edney on keyboards, Jamie Moses on guitar, Pino Palladino on bass, and Treanna Morris on backing vocals, and returned at the end of the show to perform 'All Right Now'.

This was the second 46664 concert and was broadcast live throughout Africa, while highlights of the concert were also broadcast over the internet, as far as I know these were limited to 'Tie Your Mother Down', 'Too Much Love Will Kill You', 'We Will Rock You' and 'We Are The Champions'. The setlist included 'Too Much Love Will Kill You', performed with Katie Melua, which is the only the second performance of the track by Brian and Roger together.

The above setlist was the most common, but some early concerts varied. Other tracks performed included 'Track 13' (as the opening backing tape instead of 'It's A Beautiful Day'), 'Little Bit Of Love' (PR), 'Seagull' (PR), 'Wishing Well' (PR), 'Under Pressure' (RT) and 'Another One Bites The Dust' (PR). A number of tracks were performed once or twice only, namely 'Long Away' (BM), 'Fire And Water' (PR), 'Tavaszi Szel Vizet Araszt' (BM), 'Sunshine Of Your Love' (part) (PR) and 'Imagine' (each verse sung by Brian, Roger and Paul in turn). 'Bohemian Rhapsody' featured Freddie's vocals from Wembley 12 July 1986 via videoscreen, and Paul singing the rock section.

During the tour Paul Rodgers suffered from a throat infection so at some concerts, a few tracks were not played, or had alternate vocalists. Tracks from the majority of concerts were made available to buy as downloads, and are listed next to each show below.

1. 28 March 2005 - Brixton Academy, London, England
	This concert was a preview concert for fans. Tickets were distributed through a lottery system, and the (limited) remaining tickets after the lottery went on sale to the public. The setlist was re-ordered slightly; the most significant changes saw 'I'm In Love With My Car' moved to after 'Can't Get Enough', and there were two encores: 'Feel Like Makin' Love / All Right Now' and 'We Will Rock You / We Are The Champions / God Save The Queen'. No downloads were available from this show.

	This concert was due to be staged at Nijmegen Gottenpark, Holland, but is was moved to be an indoor concert.
32. 15 July 2005 - Hyde Park, London, England
	This concert was due to take place on 8th July, but was postponed due to the terrorist attacks in London on the 7th. Free tickets were distributed to members of London's emergency services to thank them for their efforts during the attacks. Queen also performed a special version of 'Imagine', which saw each verse sung by Brian, Roger and Paul in turn, which was later released on the 'Return Of The Champions' DVD. In addition, both audio and video of 'Bohemian Rhapsody' was later released as part of a 30th Anniversary download.

All concerts had the same setlist above, which was essentially the same as the European tour but with a few changes. Other tracks performed included 'Bad Company' (PR), 'I Want To Break Free' (PR), 'I Was Born To Love You' (an acoustic version, with vocals by Brian and Roger), 'Long Away' (BM), 'Rock And Roll Fantasy' (PR), 'Teo Torriatte' (BM) and 'Wishing Well' (PR). 'Fire And Water' (PR) was performed only once, at the second Tokyo concert. All the Japanese shows only included the fast part of 'Hammer To Fall'.

This setlist is essentially the same as the 2005 Aruba/US/Japan mini-tour, but it lost 'A Kind Of Magic' and 'I Want It All', while 'Say It's Not True' was only performed once and '39' only a few times. However, it added 'Dragon Attack' and a new Paul Rodgers composition 'Take Love', whilst 'Bad Company' became a permanent addition. 'Red House', a Jimi Hendrix cover, was also performed once, at the final concert.

2006 VH1 Rock Honours
Tie Your Mother Down (Brian, Roger and the Foo Fighters, without Paul), Under Pressure, The Show Must Go On, We Will Rock You (with the Foo Fighters), We Are The Champions (with the Foo Fighters), 20th Century Boy (Def Leppard with Brian May)

This show was later broadcast on VH1, and saw Queen playing a number of tracks with Paul or the Foo Fighters, before Brian returned to the stage to play guitar on Def Leppard's cover of the T-Rex track '20th Century Boy'. 'We Will Rock You' featured Roger, Taylor Hawkins and Dave Grohl all on drums.

2008 'Al Murray's Happy Hour' TV Show
C-lebrity, Bohemian Rhapsody (finale only), All Right Now, We Will Rock You

Queen + Paul Rodgers appeared on this ITV1 TV show, which was broadcast on 4 April, to promote the tour. They performed 'C-lebrity' for the first time, which was later released (with a guitar tutorial) on the CD-single of the track, and the very end of 'Bohemian Rhapsody', although Al Murray referred to them playing the whole track during the ad-break. Al Murray sang some lead vocals on 'All Right Now', which was much shorter than normal, while 'We Will Rock You' was not broadcast.

2008 Nelson Mandela Birthday Party

Queen + Paul Rodgers were the headlining act at this concert to celebrate Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday and to raise awareness and funds for the 46664 campaign. They played the longest set of the night, which included 'One Vision' for the first time. Roger and Brian then played on the all star finale, 'Free Nelson Mandela', with Amy Winehouse on vocals. The concert was broadcast live on the internet, while 'Is This The World We Created', 'We Will Rock You', 'We Are The Champions' and 'Free Nelson Mandela' were all broadcast during a TV programme of highlights on ITV1 the same night.

This was a short concert to invited journalists only, to promote the 'Cosmos Rocks' album and European tour.

Other tracks played occasionally were 'One Vision' (PR, first four shows), 'Feel Like Makin' Love' (PR, shows 1 to 11 (except show 6) plus Cardiff and London (Wembley)), 'Las Palabras De Amor' (BM, Madrid only), 'Tavaszi Szel Vizet Araszt' (BM, Budapest only), 'Time To Shine' (PR, Antwerp only), 'Warboys' (PR, Moscow 2nd show, Latvia & Berlin only), 'Voodoo' (PR, four shows from Newcastle onwards), 'The Stealer' (PR, Zurich only), 'Shooting Star' (PR, first two shows only), 'Wishing Well' (PR, first three shows only) and finally 'Maybe It's Because I'm A Londoner' (BM, second London show). Brian's acoustic and electric guitar sets featured 'The Blue Danube Waltz' in Vienna, 'Fog On The Tyne' in Newcastle, 'Twist And Shout' in Liverpool, 'Barcelona' in Barcelona, and bits of 'Keep Yourself Alive' or 'Liar' in later shows.

'Bohemian Rhapsody' again featured Freddie's vocals via videoscreen (this time from Montreal 1981), with Paul singing the rock section, while 'Bijou' featured Freddie's vocals from the album version. The Birmingham and Cardiff shows featured Neil Murray on bass, as Danny Miranda was ill in hospital. As in 2005, tracks from various concerts were made available as official downloads, and are listed next to each concert below. All tracks which were performed more than once, with the addition of 'Tavaszi Szel Vizet Araszt', were released, while each combination of opening tracks was also released.

1. 12 September 2008 - Freedom Square, Kharkov, Ukraine
	This was a huge free concert, billed as 'Life Must Go On', to raise AIDS awareness. Around 350,000 people attended the concert, which was also broadcast live on the internet. It was later released as the 'Live In Ukraine' DVD in June 2009, some versions of which included a double CD of the show. No downloads were available.

The setlist was very similar to the European tour, but changes included the addition of 'Under Pressure' (RT) for the last four shows, 'Voodoo' (PR) for the first two shows, and 'Las Palabras De Amor' (BM) for the Santiago and Buenos Aries shows, while 'Bad Company' was replaced by 'Feel Like Makin' Love' (PR) at three of the shows.
