The original single releases have catalogue numbers with variants of ARMEN 001; the reissues have ARMEN 002. I'm not sure whether both the single and extended versions appear on the original white 12", but it is likely that they do. The bonus documentary on the 2010 reissue also includes a guitar version of Apache by Brian and Tony Iommi.
