Woman, You're So Beautiful
(but still a pain in the ass)

This track was recorded by Roger Taylor with his son Felix singing lead vocals, and was released under the name Felix & Arty for download in August 2006. The track has a reggae style, although Roger's involvement is instantly recognisable.

According to interviews with Felix, the track was originally recorded with Roger on lead vocals, but he was unhappy with it, so he asked Felix to sing, and they were very happy with the finished version. Roger originally came up with the idea for the song during the Queen + Paul Rodgers tour of Japan (in October/November 2005), and it was recorded at Roger's studio in late April and May 2006.

The song was originally written by Roger, but Felix added and changed some lyrics. Roger plays drums, keyboards and some guitars, but as Felix wasn't at the original recording of the track, Roger may play every instrument or it may feature additional musicians. Joshua J Macrae "helped produce the track" and he and Felix helped to give it a more reggae sound.

According to Felix, his brother (Rufus Tiger) is an "awesome drummer" and he would like to form a band with him in the future.

Roger's involvement in the project is referred to as Arty (a play on his initials); the track 'People On Streets' also features an Arty on vocals (most noticeable on the 'Mashed' remix), but listening to the track, it is definitely not Roger singing, and must be a different 'Arty' altogether.

Mad Mix
This is a much heavier mix, adding additional drums throughout the song, and losing some vocal sections. These sections are replaced by new sections based on Roger's 'pain in the ass' vocals, and the song contains a new, fast, drum-based outro. Of Felix's vocals that are retained, many have numerous effects applied to them. Altogether, this is a great remix which gives the song a completely different feel. Length 6:04
